Situation
Hotel Shilla faced challenges with its ageing operational systems, which had led to diminished efficiency in account management and authorisation control, and made it difficult to respond to audits of its Internal Accounting Control (IAC) system. Furthermore, the need to secure a stable maintenance framework meant that the advancement of an integrated account management system for the entire company and its subsidiaries and affiliates emerged as a key priority.
